I am currently - according to some - hiding out in Owensboro KY my sort of hometown. I was actually born at Ft. Leonard Wood MO and am kind of a military brat you could say. I raised my only child here in Owensboro then followed her to Louisville until she graduated with degrees in Biology and Chemistry and she is now at Vanderbilt in Nashville for graduate school in Chemistry. I am trying to figure out what to do with myself now that my total identity is not a "single parent". However, she has survived my s-mothering so I suppose it all was for the best and I still have a few decrepit years left.
