Ivy’s Vendetta came about in May 2005 when a couple of friends had a revelation. They realised they had the same taste in music and shared a common goal, an urge to explore that interest. They started jamming several cover songs, which they all relished, and it eventually led to the creation of their own material.
A couple of years passed and a few lineup changes occurred. Finally settling down, they eventually led themselves to a style of song-writing which they were all comfortable with.
Always wanting more exposure, the band has played many gigs over the years and will continue play avidly to whomever might enjoy their music. But of course it would be meaningless to push uncomprehensible music, so they made a vow to always write good music no matter how much they try.
Ask them who Ivy is and they would tell you this, "Ivy is a vengeful little girl that we all knew at some point in our lives". So if you're wondering, keep guessing!
