Composer and conductor born in Rome in 29th May 1949.
He Started very young as a drummer, catching immediatly interest around him in the Italian Jazz scene in the 70s.
He took part in various Jazz Festivals playin' with best Italian and foreign Musicians (Franco D' Andrea, Giovanni Tommaso, Gianni Basso, Frank Rosolino, Chet Baker, Johnny Griffin, Slide Ampton, George Coleman, Bob Berg).
After he was part of the most important Italian Jazz Rock Band (Perigeo) that recorded Six Albums with the Italian RCA Music Group.
He Started as an arranger foundind the Saxes Machine (Five Sax with Rhythmical Section inspired to the Jazz's Biggest Orchestras), wich brings him to play live in the Aversa's Jazz Festival in 1978, Varsavia's Jazz Festival in 1979, International Music Festival of Cartagine in 1981.
In 1980 he did, with the Saxes Machines, a series of Concert in Copenaghen for the Danish Radio-TV.
In 1991/1992 he conducted the Symphonic Orchesta of Abruzzo in two tour focalized on the Best Music from Italian Classic Movies.

Actually he founded the Galaxy Big Band (5 saxes, 4 trumpets, 4 trombones, electric guitar, double bass, drums, grand piano and the voice of Joy Garrison) on the line of the big bands like Duke Ellington, Glenn Miller, Woody Herman, Count Basie.
