Interesting people. Seriously. I like to meet people who are unique, creative, smart, and curious. There aren't a lot of people like that, I've discovered, but I haven't given up looking for them. I've found some--they know who they are.
House music and other dance music that's deep and dynamic, so that would include underground; techno; classical music; jazz; rock; alternative, including stuff from the 80's; interesting music that can't be classified.

Stargate SG-1 (before Richard Dean Anderson left); Star Trek: Voyager, TNG, and DS9; King of the Hill; PBS dramas and propaganda-free documentaries; King of Queens; Gilmore Girls; other good stuff that doesn't cater to the lowest common denominator.
