I grew up in Fuquay-Varina as Kim Bass. Now my husband,Robert Bailey and I have three children. I enjoy being a stay at home Mom so I can watch my children grow. They are only young once you know. Before the children, I attended Central Carolina where I received my Associates degree in Arts. I also spent a year at Campbell in the Elementary Education program after battling the Praxis exam I decided maybe teaching is not for me. From there I accepted the Assistant manager postion at Advance Auto Parts in Fuquay. Nine years and two kids later I took another Management job at Automotive Parts Express in Raleigh. I still was not happy so I then went to the City Of Raleigh as Inventory Supervisor. It was a great job, I ordered automotive parts for the police vehicles, trash trucks and public utlities vehicles. When my son was born, I decided to take a break from working and be a stay at home Mom. It is the hardest and most rewarding job I have ever had in my life. So I have been blessed over the years with good health, good friends and a wonderful family
