Ok, ok, back to reality...
My name is Kathy, I am 49 yrs. old, married 8 years to my best friend, Glenn aka EBM, and mother of two.
I have 2 sons, Joshua is 26, and Jarrod is 22. Also my lovely stepdaughter Tina, from my previous marriage. I won't mention her age, we women are funny about that! LOL Even though they have left the nest and have lives of their own, I still worry about them. I always will. When children are small they walk on your toes; when they grow up, they walk on your heart. (Kids, 'Always loved by me, you're gonna be' no matter what path life takes you down.)
I am a new Granny! My beautiful granddaughter, Ziza, was born November 19, 2007. She is the daughter of my youngest son Jarrod. I am so excited! I have 2 step grandchildren that I couldn't possibly leave out! Heather who is 16 and a beauty, and Zaron and who is 5, and a handful!

I am a Certified Nursing Assisitant, working in the healthcare field for over 25 yrs, mainly with the elderly, which I enjoy. They are full of wisdom, which can only be acquired through years of living experience. They have wonderful stories to tell, and lessons to teach, if you just listen.
In Feb. 2009, I moved back to my hometown from Gulfport, Ms. Getting settled back into everything, was harder than I thought it would be. (Big hugs to my sister, Lori, for putting up with me during that emotional time.) I have always heard, once you leave home, it is never home again. How very true, but being reacquainted with friends I hadn't seen in years, and meeting new ones from work, was fun and exciting!
Oh, Rita, if you see this...Remember Mardi Gras and balconies??? LOL We always did wanna party on Bourbon Street.
