Ashley Rose

Ashley has been performing professionally since the age of six. She began as Gretl in The Sound of Music on Broadway. She moved on to playing the role of Young Eponine in Les Miserables, then to playing Nellie in Annie Get Your Gun also on Broadway. Ashley got to work with such stars as Richard Chamberlain, Bernadette Peters, Cheryl Ladd, Susan Lucci and Tom Wopat. While living in NYC, she also did numerous jingles, commercials, CD recordings, guest star roles, charity events, talk shows, joined The Broadway Kids and sang the National Anthem for the Mets, Blue Jays and Tampa Bay Devil Rays. Her first starring TV movie was playing Shirley Temple in ABC's, Child Star: The Shirley Temple Story. She worked with Connie Britton, Hinton Battle and producer Melissa Joan Hart while filming in Australia. Her second starring TV movie was playing Carrie in Showtimes, Carry Me Home. This role was totally opposite her Shirley Temple role. Carrie is a tomboy from the 1940's whose father is killed in the war leaving her family with financial troubles and Carrie having trouble adjusting. Ashley and her family then moved to California. She continued to guest star in TV shows like Raven, Cold Case, Desperate Housewives, Without a Trace and Dexter while hoping to get a recording contract. Ashley was given the opportunity to meet with entertainment mogul, Chris Stokes. After hearing her sing, he signed her and welcomed her into the T.U.G. family......and Ashley's dream of being a singer began. She looks forward to cutting her first CD and music video while working with some of the top people in the recording industry and touring.. more coming soon!
