I play Gibson Les Pauls through Marshall amps. I began playing guitar in 1972, cutting my teeth on much of the acoustic guitar oriented popular music of that time( America, Jim Croce, James Taylor, Seals& Crofts, Bread, etc.) Shortly thereafter I became aware of Led Zeppelin, Deep Purple, Alice Cooper and Black Sabbath. THAT is when everything changed; I was in various garage bands through about '79, searching for other players whom were coming from the same place that I was. Club and festival shows started happening in early '80, while I was finishing high school, and continue to this day...
