About Me

How's it going? I'm Danny, also known as Deege. Some degenerate bastards from Mansfield call me Uncy Dan. Music is my life, I dig anything that sounds good. To me, life is just a string of good concerts and great albums. Ask anyone that knows me, there's not much I talk about other than music.
I am an aspiring recording engineer with my own home studio. http://www.FuzzRecordingStudio.com .

Also, I am the webmaster at www.SDMFworldwide.com so be sure to check it out!
I am also the cover artist for the book "A Vulgar Display Of Power: Courage and Carnage at the Alrosa Villa," which is about December 8th, 2004, the night Dimebag Darrell was murdered. What many people do not realize is that 3 other brave souls - Jeffery Thompson, Erin Halk, and Nathan Bray - also lost their lives trying to end the situation. I was a witness in the crowd that night...and while I wish I could forget the horrible things that I witnessed that night, I am grateful that Chris A. wrote this book. The heroic actions that Nathan Bray, Jeffery Thompson, Erin Halk, as well as many others took that night really show me that, while awful shit happens all too often in life, there are positives to humanity - you just have to take the good with the bad.

My Interests

I'd like to meet:

Well of course there are some people I'd love to meet. Anyone with similar musical tastes or just anyone cool. I'll chat with anyone I can get along with.As far as "famous" people, there are a few, but at the end of the day, everyone is the same, they're just people like you or me. Sometimes it's cool to tell someone who has done something that's positively affected your life that you dig their work, but at the end of the day, it's not a big deal. However, I'd love to meet Conan O'Brien just because the dude's completely hilarious. George Carlin was on the top of my list, but unfortunatly he just passed away on June 23rd, 2008. George was a complete genius. His standup comedy always has me almost literally rolling around on the floor laughing (and most of it's true!). He was absolutely, hands down the funniest man on earth!

I'd also like to meet Bill Clinton, because he is the man. Let's face it, he's one of the best Presidents this country has ever seen, and shit's been really fucked up since he's been gone.

As far as musical people, I've already met a lot of my favorites, but it'd be cool to meet James Hetfield, Angus & Malcom Young, Chris Cornell, Lemmy (GOD!) and Ozzy.
