I like bikes, both road and mountain. Visit my friend/coach's website! He rocks and has raced with the best of them (i.e. George Hincapie, one of Lance Armstrong's teammates). www.fifthelementcoaching.com I also love art--especially abstract artists like Mark Rothko, Jackson Pollock, and Paul Klee. Check out my website to purchase prints of my artwork: www.sherrygels.com In my free time I like running; talking to people; trying new sports; outdoor adventures; poetry--especially Langston Hughes, because what he said about dreams is good stuff.
I have a sweet girlfriend who kicks ass, but new friends are always good. Particularly people who are down to earth. Confidence, intellegence, and sense of humor are some of the hottest characteristics. Arrogance and cockiness are two of the biggest turn-offs. No one is hot enough to be arrogant. I love people--all kinds--and will talk to pretty much anyone. Oh, and I'd LOVE to meet Margaret Cho because she kicks a lot of ass--a LOT of ass!

I like a lot of musical genres, but if I have to narrow it down, my two favorites are punk and hip hop. I love Social Distortion very much. The Roots put on one of the best shows I've ever seen--when I saw them open up for Beck back in 1997. Also like Face to Face, Bad Religion, MxPx, Rise Against, Nas, Talib Kweli, Mos Def, Common, Nappy Roots, and Eminem. Of course, the Beastie Boys. On the more mellow side, Patty Griffin kicks a lot of ass. And, I couldn't live without occassionally listening to a little Motown, especially the Four Tops, thanks to my mom, who grew up in Detroit.
Pay It Forward, Pollock, Crash, Finding Nemo, Frida, High Art, On Golden Pond
The King of Queens is my favorite. Nip/Tuck is GREAT. The Office is funny as hell. The Family Guy is classic. David Letterman (so much better than Leno) is hilarious, and Conan O'Brien is good, too, though most of the time I'm either not home or already asleep when that comes on. I have also taken a liking to Run's House on MTV2--I am a sucker for reality shows--I don't have cable, but whenever I'm at my girlfriend's house I try to watch it; she loves that. My favorite sport to watch is basketball. I'd probably watch more TV if I had cable...ESPN would be nice.
