Brass Knuckles

hi! i'm Mac the brass knuckles. I'm believed to have evolved from the ancient Roman caestus, a type of glove or hand guard made from leather and metal used during boxing matches in gladiatorial events. Unlike boxing gloves,I was used to intensify the damage caused by a punch or blow.cool huh?I'm pretty illegal to own let alone use, so be hush hush. you can find me thought alot easier than drugs, b/c i'm sold just about any weapon's shop, fleamarket,yardsale,etc as "paperweights." i've even been made into belt buckles,knife handles, or anything pretty much badass.I'm pretty brutal to you if you don't know how to handle me. maybe even break your hand if not properly handled. but boy can i kick ass. unlike knifes or guns, i'm pretty effective on hard contact surfaces (for example, the outside of the forearm), and any such hits are usually extremely painful. A hard enough punch (for example to the skull) can cause death or severe injury. now that's a killer headache!!I"m usually made out of aluminum, steel, and occasionally copper b/c real knuckledusters are rare due to the weight and expense of brass.then usually chrome or brass is painted on. so don't be fooled!
