About Me

There's a time for us to let go There's a time for holding on A time to speak, a time to listen There's a time for us to goThere's a time for living low down There's a time for getting high A time for peace, a time for fire A time to live, a time to dieA time to scream, a time for silenceA time to scream, a time for silence A time for truth against the lies A time for fate, a time for science There's a time for us to shineThere is a time for mis-believing There's a time to understand A time for hurt, a time for healing A time you run, to make a standOh, this is the time of our lives ----------------------------------------------------------- I graduated from UCF on Cinco de Mayo de 2006. I was a political science major and received a minor in Urban and Regional Planning. The first thing I do everyday is turn my computer on and visit www.urbanplanet.org to review any updates on projects around the world. I have lived in Orlando most of my life, with a couple of years diverted to Atlanta and New York City. It took me some time to pin down my interest in urban studies but I am now confident that I have found my professional path in life. ----------------------------------------------------------- Graduate school is around the corner, but Orlando is booming with new development so I am haulting the progression of my education at the current time. I am considering schools in Gainsville, Austin, Chicago, L.A., and an undecided school in a Spanish speaking country. I recently returned from a trip to Argentina and plainly fell in love with the country. I wouldn't mind returning to Argentina for grad school, but Spain hasn't been crossed off the list. I met some amazing people in Buenos Aires and I cannot wait to go back in the next couple of months for a long weekend. ----------------------------------------------------------- I am a people person. I love to meet new people and I love to have people surrounding me. It doesn't matter the venue, only the company I keep, which makes me happy. I am quite confident in myself and my capabilities in life which allows me to display my character with ease. There is no guessing what I am thinking at any given time unless those around me have something to hide. I enjoy being viewed like an open book because it helps me create friendships with those I deem worthy. ----------------------------------------------------------- With meeting new people comes my interest in traveling. I have been to some interesting and not-so-interesting places so far. Everywhere, I have been embraced by the locals and had experiences I'd never thought possible or appreciable. Americans are not hated in most of the world, it is only our government and low-level, trashy, scum bags, that tarnish our image. I have sung American tunes at Oktoberfest with friends from around the world; enjoyed a family birthday party with my new friends in Argentina; and participated in anti-war protests in Athens at the start of the Iraq War. ----------------------------------------------------------- The people of France have been the kindest to me so far and the natural coast lines of Sydney and all of Australia have been the most prestine. Amsterdam is more then a party city; it is an urban paradise. London is just too expensive, Edinburough is sooooo green, Belgium so young. ----------------------------------------------------------- The world and its inhabitants are amazing. I am thankful for the experiences I have been given in my lifetime and look forward to expanding them so they concur with the success of my future endeavors.
