my name is Shady and i am from o.c. california. i lived in the uk for several years before settling in san francisco. i love music! most of the time you will catch me listening to brit pop, indie, and rock. i don't have any time for singing dancers! MUSICIANS ONLY! i think musicians are some of the most amazing people on this earth. everyone remembers the first record they bought or the song playing during their first kiss. everyday we drive our cars listening to music, clean our houses listening to music, stand in elevators listening to music, drink in bars listening to music, have sex while listening to music. musicians create political and social awareness. musicians make us dance! musicians have created the soundtrack to our lives! i want to meet the people that make the music and ask them how and why they do it and i want to thank them!

Sounds Like: It seemed clear to the Pythagoreans that the distances between the planets would have the same ratios as produced harmonious sounds in a plucked string. To them, the solar system consisted of ten spheres revolving in circles about a central fire, each sphere giving off a sound the way a projectile makes a sound as it swished through the air; The closer spheres gave lower tones while the farther spheres moved faster and gave higher pitched sounds. All combined into a beautiful harmony, the music of the spheres.
