About Me

Diane Nelson is a 46 yr old lady confined to a wheel chair living with terminal cancer. Diane is a prisoner at the Carswell Federal Women prison here in Fort Worth, serving a sentence for a first time non- violent offense. Both the Judge who sentenced her and the U.S. Attorney who prosecuted her case requested her immediate release more than a month ago. Diane is hoping she will be able to spend what most likely will be her last Christmas with family and loved ones. Thus far the Warden at the Prison, Warden Van Buren has refused to release her. I implore my Congresswoman, Kay Granger to inquire as to why Warden Van Buren continues to deny Diane an early Compassion release. I also would encourage Warden Van Buren to pay a visit with Kathleen Rumpf, camped outside the gates of the Naval Air Station where the Federal Prison is located. Kathleen is holding a vigil at "Camp Diane" in hope of seeing Diane reunited with her family in the brief time she has left on earth.Layout made by SUICIDXEMO
