I was born and raised in Seattle. I am by trade a chef and baker feeding people is what fills my soul and a sure sign that I like you! I have worked in the natural foods industry for 12 years and know more about food that anyone would want to hear about. I am gluten, corn and nightshade free (google it if you don't know) I love animals! I have a big orange cat Titan and a big orange fish (the mean one) and I love my dogs (Roman, Newt (the big fig) and the Burnie man). I do a little catering on the side but I have very limited space in my apartment kitchen. But I make do with what I have and if I love you I'll make you a birthday cake. I am working on my first cafe and plans to take over the world in a food politics kinda way! I care deeply about organic grown and limited processed foods in my diet. It's not for everyone but taking me out for dinner is kinda a bitch! unless you like sushi!
