MYSTERIOUS MC

This profile was made at www.profiletweaks.comMy name is Mysterious MC ever since I have taken my music craft seriously this has been my name. I have been listening to Hip Hop from when I was 12, I watched Yo MTV Raps and this is when I decided to rap. My main influences are rappers like Snoop Dogg, Dr Dre and Kriss Kross. I formed my first group at this stage it was called Blak Hood and it was not taken seriously by all five members so we eventually spilt up. Then I formed my second crew called Blak Silence that consisted of three members we took it more seriously and done shows in Brixton and Harlesden. Eventually we also went our separate ways but one member now called Issues still raps and has achieved many things that I hope to achieve. I have also formed a crew called Blak Haze which consisted of three members me, Grim Uno and P.Toro. We have sort of split up too but I am still affiliated with them under my record label Jask Productions which is owned and run by Mama Digs and producer Sub One. They have taught me a lot of things about making music that I did not know. Just before I met them I had just started taken this seriously and done a performance in Harlesden and the Urban Music talent contest that was set up by Choice FM. I did not win but I got a good round of applause and I made the beat myself and wrote the lyrics at a studio in Harlesden. At this point I had a four track demo that I made by myself and it could have been better but I had a limited time in which to do these songs. Once I cut a tune at a studio in Willesden where you pay £30 an hour and I had only one hours worth of money so I cut this tune in an hour and this is the tune I entered for the Urban Music competition I mentioned earlier. When I first met Mama Digs and Sub One (JASK Productions) I played them my four track demo and they thought it was good considering I made the beats and wrote the lyrics myself. So we hooked up and began making music and their studio was one of the best I have worked in and I learnt so much from them about enhancing my talent and the little tricks that improve your overall sound and quality. I had more time in the booth to perfect each lyric and if you heard my four track demo and my music with JASK you will see the improvement. I have at this point realized that a big part of my purpose on this planet is to rap and make music I do not think I could survive without doing this, it is the only job I have kept for longer than 6 months and that made me realise that I am a musician in my own write and I am prepared to work hard to established myself as an artist with JASK productions and my fellow crew members and artists. In this rap game I intend to not copy anyone I just rap about my experiences and sometimes I rap about my emotions and stuff that some people will find hard to stomach. I am just me Mysterious MC and I just want people to know how messed up live can be and how much fight you have to have inside you to pull through it.
