I'm pop with a little bit of rock, which means I'm girly and pretty on the outside, but if you shake me up I can be a little crazy too....
Music is everything to me, and always has been. I have been a performer for as long as I can remember and as cliché as it may sound, I couldn’t imagine my life any other way.
I am a singer songwriter- which means that:

I have played the guitar since I was about 11, as well as a little piano. I learn more everyday, and in doing so gain a greater appreciation for music.
I write from personal experience, so it’s important that when you hear my songs, you listen to the lyrics- in doing so you can learn a little more about me. Writing is something that I am always doing. A lot of my friends hear my songs and often wonder if they had anything to do with the making of them. I simply smile and say “maybe†in the weirdest way possible, so that they continue to get more and more paranoid.
I take inspiration from a lot of artists and have a very eclectic taste in music. I love live performance so much, that I get performance anxiety even when I go to see another act. It doesn’t matter if I like the artist or not, by the end of the show my eyes are lit up and I have learnt something valuable from the experience.
The last year has been a little crazy for me, and I know that things will only continue to get crazier. To be honest, that’s the way I like it. I was fortunate enough to be nominated in the top five of the pop section for the 2007 Music Oz Awards, which were broadcast around the nation on channel [v].
I am currently working with a fantastic team of people of whom I have been very lucky to stumble upon. My producer, Lindsay Rimes is one of the best in the business and I am very fortunate to be working with him.
I love music just as much as I love my family and friends, and believe that it should be shared with lots of people. I love Sydney and Australia- my home. I especially love Aussie bands, and there are so so many great ones out there. Get out there and support Aussie music guys, because we certainly have a lot of talented people in the industry.
