CHARLIE:
Well first of all I am Charlie the Cat, He is Bailey the Dog. We met on Aug 13, 2006. It happened like this, My mom got knocked up & her owner convinced my current owner, Melanie to bring a friend of hers over to see the new litter of kittens. It only took a few minutes and Lidia (Melanie's friend) decided to adopt my brothers & sisters. She had picked out their kittens before our eyes had even opened. Weeks later Lidia came back & took my brother & sister home. First they stopped off at Melanie's & that is when Bailey found out how much fun having a kitten around is. He played with my brother Bubblegum & my sister Tiger all day. When they went home he was very sad. He wouldn't play with his owner Melanie at all the next day. Then she promised him if he promised to take care of me then Bailey could have a kitten all his own. So a week later, she came & got me. I was reunited with my brother & sister for a day and that was a lot of fun. When they went home I was so tired I didn't even spend any time with Bailey, I just slept all night long snuggeld up with Melanie.
BAILEY:
The next day Charlie and I got to spend a lot of time together. She even shared her food with me. Melanie was not happy about that. I shared my food with Charlie too. Melanie was not happy about that either.
Hmmmph! Humans they just don't understand!
Charlie and I have been having a great time together. I think she is my best friend. Although I also think that Melanie pays her too much attention. After all Charlie is MY pet, not hers. So I am a little jellous. What do you expect, I have been the only child for more than 6 years. But I wouldn't trade my new friend for ANYTHING!
