Who am I?? Well you might be sorry you asked! Here are some of the basics....I love icecream with chocolate syrup, lakes, the smell of rain and horses. I think old bridges are beautiful, my favorite sound is children laughing and crickets chirping, flip flops are my favorite, and I love my hutterite slippers! I love double stuffed oreos, cheetos, and peanutbutter and jelly sandwiches. Love fall and all of the beautiful colors. I LOVE THE DENVER BRONCOS!! I dont like......seafood, (or anyfood that swims in its own poo) I dont like empty rooms, iced tea, coffee, or lemonade! I dont like the negativity that the world has fallen acustomed to, or the color seafoam. I am afraid of the dark and of tree trimmers........I am Ashley, just call me Ash. I am a 25yr. old chickita. Born and raised in the small cow town of Shepherd MT. I have a wonderful mom and dad who still live there in that same house! I have two amazing sisters who are my best friends and I don't know what I would do without them. Natalie is married and has the two most beautiful children in the whole world-Big Al who is the kind of brat you can't help but love to death and McLivi who is the cutes little hell-raiser that you ever did see! Steph is my younger sister and maybe the only person in this world who really "gets" me.......or she just puts on a really good show. She is attending college in Riverton, Wy-she is one of the level headed people I know and I wish I had her strength! I am blessed enough to be one of the few people to find my soulmate. I married my best friend Sam Bishop on Aug 4th 2006 and I didn't know what a blessing life really was until I met him. I love Sam more than anything in this whole world and although marriage isn't always easy at the end of the day there is no one else that I would rather be with. We were blessed with the world's most beautiful little boy on Nov 24th 2009. Noah Samuel Bishop entered this world weighing in at 6lbs 11oz and hasn't stop growing since. I never knew that a person could love anyone that much until he graced my life, that tiny little man has me wrapped around his 1 inch finger! We now live in Custer SD in the heart of the black hills, just miles from Mt. Rushmore. Sam is an engineer for BNSF RR and I work in Rapid City, at the Rapid City Regional Hospital Emergency Room, I absolutely love my job I find it to be very rewarding and I can honestly say that there is never a boring day in the ER. I work with some pretty awesome people who have all become such great friends!I love life and try to live it to the fullest I have learned that life is entirely too short to be unhappy, hold grudges, and give it anything less than your best. You have to take the good with the bad-be quick to forgive, never be too proud to apologize, laugh every chance you, learn from your mistakes, and dont waste life's precious time on regrets. In case you didn't notice I am a glass half full kinda girl, some of my friends tell me that I can be irritatingly optimistic and my coworkers tell me that I am always smiling...why not?? I am a sacrafice all kinda girl, I wear my heart on my sleeve and hide nothing. When I am sad I cry, happy...I smile, amused...I laugh, I dont play games and try to love everyone-the way that Jesus would-afterall that the right way to live. To me life is about giving unselfishly.
