Alex G. es un cantante 100% Salvadoreno residiendo en la ciudad de Houston, Tx. La musica que nos trae, es una mezcla de Hip Hop y Reggaeton. Con su musica, Alex G radica energia positiva no negativa a todos sus oyentes, en especial a toda la juventud Salvadorena, Con el proposito de romper el estereotipo que los medios nos atribuyen a los Salvadorenos. Esperamos que asi como nos atacan por las cosas negativas que ocurren en nuestro paiz, tambien nos reconoscan por el talento que ahi nace.^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^Alex G was born in San Salvador, El Salvador. He and his family immigrated to the United States in 1992 in search of a better future. He made his home in the city of Houston Texas. His love for music emmerged in his early childhood. His first performance was in front of fellow students at his elementary schools' mothers day program. Throughout the years his love for music only grew stronger. After graduating from Dulles High School. He entered San Jacinto College to obtain his Degree in Music Production. Due to family duties and lack of funds , Alex G. was forced to abandon his studies and began working a full time job while also working as a DJ on nights and weekends. He began writing songs shortly after leaving college and began putting together a sort of home studio. With the help of Mr. Elizondo, he was able to record his first song "Ahora Vengo Yo", and there after "Copa Tras Copa". With positive feedback from family and friends, Alex G. was motivated to keep going. But because of finacial restraint, it took him over a year to complete his album. Once completed, Alex G. took his product to local club dj's and had his tracks introduced to the Houston crowds. His style constists of a mix between Reggaeton and Hip Hop. After being accepted by the masses he set out to do public performances at local Houston clubs such as Melaos, Babilonia, Amazonia, Amnesia, Variedades El Salvador and at Salvadorian events such as Aniversaries for Buenos Diaz El Salvador, Noel Orellana's 100% Salvadoreno, Pupusaton, and Comite Centro Americano. He has also opened for such Artists as Big Boy, Grupo Miramar, El Gran Varon, La Chanchona, and Los Kokodrilos. Alex G. is a Houston rapper with roots in El Salvador who hopes to gain support and respect from fans and colleagues alike. With his positive lyrics he intends to influence young people to make positive changes in they're lives in order to change negative stereotypes given to the people of El Salvador.
