ADELYNNE (In the Studio!)

Fresh off the highly successful release of their 2007 EP 'Ghosts and Machines' (Produced by Chicago's Marc McClusky), Adelynne has been gaining momentum in the midwest, a surprising feat, considering the band has always struggled to fit in with other acts from the area. With a sound that's more reminiscent of skylines than cornfields, Adelynne has always felt like outsiders within the midwestern fields of Iowa and has found a second home in Chicago, Illinois.
The band has shared the stage with some of the top acts in and out of their genre (the band released "Ghosts and Machines" alongside Capitol Records recording artist Mae in November for their cd release bash). The band has been compared to the likes of mega recording acts Thrice, The Foo Fighters, Saosin, and Thursday to name a few, with their bombastic presence, unforgettable soaring vocals and cutting guitar lines.
Adelynne is currently hard at work, writing material for the highly anticipated follow up EP to "Ghosts and Machines," tentatively scheduled for a Fall 2009 release.
