What is in a name? A reputation of a particular kind given by common opinion:to protect one's good name. TCF CREW has a core deep meaning and a mission to the name. The name that came by way of a biblical text of Mathew 22-13:15 which states, "Then the king told the attendants, 'Tie him hand and foot, and trow him outside, into the darkness, where there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth.' "For many are invited, but few are chosen. "The Chosen Few". We see the entertainment industry just as this passage. Many want to be a part of the game but only a few are appointed and can withstand the test of time. This antithetic group comes by way of Queens, New York. This innovative group stems from the legendary Rap Group " Kool G Rap & DJ Polo where Shawn B-EZ and K Neal dsplayed electrifying and innovationg dace moves claiming their rightful title of being "THE BEST HIP HOP DUO DANCERS OF ALL TIME!!!!!!" They furthered their careers by extending the group with two more members, Nicola Bailey aka Colo and Natasha Calander who is the newest chosen edition, and under the production of Daddy-o of the Legendary Hip Hop Band Stet-O-sonic, GrandMaster Flash and Trackmasters, they produced club dance classics and Top 100 BillBoard Hits. TCF CREW has been blessing the music scene for years being signed to Warner Brothers Records and Sony Music.TCF encountered their first debut with their single which was a answer back cover single to the worlds' famous group of the 90's "Color me Bad". "If you wanna sex me Up" produced by Daddy-O of Stetasonic, smashed the charts placing TCF CREW in the Top Ten of the Rap Charts. This single was followed by another club classic "Go to the Horses Mouth" and the release of "I Ain't the One Produced by TrackMasters also reached Billboard's Top 100 R&B Single Charts off of the Classic Album "Come play with me"TCF Crew is also known best for giving dynamic show performances. This special gift of aggressive show tatics which only includes Mics, Stage, Music and the CREW landed television apperances on top musical programming such as BET, Showtime at the Apollo, SoulTrain. TCF is still active and touring colleges nationwide as well as traveling to London, England, Japan & the UK to promote their movement worldwide.By way of the change of climate that the music industry has produced combined with the vast past experience that TCF CREW has accuired, Founder, Shawn Bailey BKA Shawn B-EZ decided to change the direction of the group business affairs and launch his own production entity in which TCF CREW would be the first extenstion of this musical dynasty called CREW @ Work Records. TCF is also active advocates for an organization called "Celebrities Against Injustice" We are recruting alliances with other entertainment celebrities and entities to help bring awareness to the injustice of people of color and all people. Our Mission is to use Celebrity status to inform the masses of how we can make a change through economical structure and empowerment.
