I have been an actress and performer for over 25 years. Armed with a BFA from Ithaca College and MFA from the Univ. of Washington, I've worked in theatres in Seattle, and Los Angeles. My love of cabaret started in Seattle with a great musician named John Balmer. He introduced me to Jacques Brel and Kurt Weill and I"m still using some of his arrangements to this day.
I've been doing some short films, indies and TV. I have a recurring role on "Grey's Anatomy" and have done episodes of "Windfall" and "Cold Case". I miss being in theatre, although doing open mikes and cabaret does feed the need for an audience response. So I joined a new company in LA called ICAP (International Classical Acting Project) and did 3 performances of a work in progress called "Landscape of Dreams in Seven Movements" last spring. It was an interesteing project to work on but I realized that the company was not for me. So I've recently joined a new company called The Ark and I'm looking forward to working with them.
Another project close to my heart is a CD I've produced that uses the talents of friends in the LA Cabaret community to raise funds for the refugees of Darfur called "A Drop of Rain". It was released on October 12th and is available for purchase here:

Have to share pictures of my "babies". They are both three years old and keep me constant company and are a great source of entertainment as they play around the house.
