Kai was raised listening to every kind of music you could think of, belting out billy joel and elton john right after pumping himself up with Young MC and and listening to santana.. making all kinds of mixtapes fromthe age of 8, he developed a strong sense of stories when it came to music, and knew that any good musical endeavor required a lot of heart and soul poured into every note. in 2001, a friend taught him how to use software to get some of the sounds stuck inside his head to the outside, and once that seed was planted, it grew slowly but steadily over the years. in 2006,with a couple hundred bits of music made in his free time, he decided to pursue a career in audio, and attended college for recording and audio engineering. after graduating, the attempts to assimilate failed horribly, and after a two year sabbatical, kai was influenced by a good friend Steve Roland to move to Calgary, Alberta, where he is currently situated and working hard to cram soul into every bit of music he works on. stay tuned for more to come, he only ever gets better.
