About Me

my name is heather. i just turned 23 and i have an amazing roller coaster of a life. i dont have all that i want, not even close, but its the best life i could ask for.

my mom, dad, and brothers are the most awesome people you will ever encounter if you get the chance.
my friends are my life.
justine is my sista from anotha mista. my hip. chris is the only person who know how i am feeling without me saying a word. he's one of the greatest people on this planet. matt..... no words describe him, but he makes me laugh for days and days. he knows more about me than i know about myself sometimes.
but all my friends are as close as family. actually, they are the family. Jess, Lacey, John, Matty, Alli, Elyse, (mmm)Chris, Alex, and all the others.
i believe in love. i believe in peace and happiness. i also believe in the goodness of all people. i am, and will forever be, eternally hopeful about these things. i am not ignorant by any means, i just have a positive outlook.
i am a listener. i want to hear your thoughts on everything. after a bit, i will let you in on my own thoughts and insights.
i have been burned and lied to more than a person should be and by the people i thought were closest to me. trust that i will never do this to you. even if you deserve it.
i have more passion than the average person. i am a hopeless romantic. i'm scared to let someone love me. i love to write. i like to take pictures of my friends. i think they are all beautiful. i think riding in fast cars is amazing. i love to kiss and be kissed, whether its soft, fast, hard, anyway is good as long as its passionate. i love the rain and people watching.

My Interests

What am I not interested in? i like to read, talk to my friends, listen to music that has meaning, laugh, cry, listen to peoples problems, have them hear mine, go to shows, make new friends, talk to people all night long, sit on the beach at 2am, many things...ask me to do something and I will probly give it a try.

I'd like to meet:

i'm not looking for mr. right. i'm looking for mr. right now. someone to hang out with. who makes me laugh. wants to be "that guy" for me. if it turns into more... amazing. if not, it was good while it lasted right?
i love being in love. even if its only for a week. a month. maybe a day. it's worth whatever heartaches it brings if you can love someone.
right now, i have uhhh-mazing guys friends. you need to be at their level for me to even notice you. they take care of me, got my back, they are simply family. be that, or don't bother trying to get any more.

Music:

i love the following bands, and many more. Sublime (will always and forever be my number one), The Cure, Slightly Stoopid, Rancid, Incubus, Save Ferris, Stone Temple Pilots, Dropkick Murphys, Violent Femmes, Sarah McLachlan, Bad Religion, The Offspring, Social Distortion, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Evanescence, Pepper, She Wants Revenge, Long Beach Dub Allstars, Godsmack, Nickelback, Michael Buble, Tool, Flotbots, Dance Hall Crashers, Norah Jones, Queen, Guns'n'Roses, Radiohead, Nirvana, Live, Staind, Jack Johnson, Daughtry, Green Day, Lucky Boys Confusion, No Doubt, Cypress Hill, Garbage, Story of the Year, John Mayer, ...ect.ect.ect.

Movies:

I love watching movies. Some of my favorites are: Office Space, Across the Universe, Benny and Joon, Empire Records, Romeo and Juliet, French Kiss, Love Actually, Hook, Pulp Fiction, Tombstone, Desperado, The Godfather, Robin Hood:Prince of Theives, Mallrats, and most Quentin Tarantino and Seth Rogen flicks.

Television:

I have to admit that I have a weekness for Prison Break, Lost, the Office, Friends, Sex and the City, and Heroes. I love watching all the real CSI and court shows. The food and biography channels are amazing. Oh and adult swim too... boondocks, robot chicken, family guy, ect.

Books:

I love to read. It is one of my favorite things in the world...I read everything. If it seems interesting, I will read it. I like everything from thrillers, mystery, romance, some horror, biographies... I am currently looking for a new book to read, any suggestions?

Heroes:

My brother, he is one of my biggest role models. He is one of the greatest, sweetest, and most real people I have ever met. I also deeply respect people who know what they want and strive to reach it...
