About Me

Born and bred in the southern region of the United States, the Georgia native Danny Newman has diligently defined himself as a multi-talented DJ, producer, and musician. Danny discovered his natural talent and unbrilled passion for music at the age of seven when he began to take classical piano lessons, and then some years later, his parents bought him a drum set for his birthday. While playing the drums for roughly five years with various local bands and on the drumline for his high school, he saved his money and bought a used guitar. Dabbling from instrument to instrument, Danny became fascinated with music and decided at a young age that music was going to be a very sufficient part of his life. It was in his early years of high school when Danny's music interest began to expand from rock and metal to dance music. While keeping with his instrument curiosity, after buying two used crusty turntables and an old mixer, he quickly mastered the art of DJing and never looked back. Danny Newman exploded into Atlanta's booming electronic scene at the tender age of 17, playing at local venues and small clubs while still balancing his high school schedule and his school work. After a couple years of carving his name locally in the Atlanta music scene, he then went on to play semi-annual gigs for MTV and Hot Import Nights while playing at various clubs and venues around Georgia the east coast for crowds spanning up to 750+ people. At 19, he began to build a production studio and produce his own music developing his own flare along with his dark, deep, profound, and melodic sets. Starting from the southeast coast, Danny Newman aspires to impact the world with his music and exceed all levels on the global dance music scene. "Music is an indispensable component of life, it recognizes no limits and no confines, uniting black with white...the young with the old...and the good with the bad."--Robert Miles
