City-Slicka records represent everyone in the world trying to master the game. As the OGs say the game is to be sold and not told. The founding members of City-Slicka records grew up in West Atlanta,(Bankehead, MLK, Dixe). Where few opportunities exist, the members discovered an outlet music... MUSIC is my HEART, MUSIC is my SOUL. Big Yag, came to them with a project and the rest has been history. Understanding the process and learning from the past City-Slicka records was once known as Babymob. Members have acquired music knowledge from their respective fields. The twinz have hands on experience and have been in the music game for 10 years. UPS have since mastered various equipment in order to produce an unique sound. They have formed beneficial relationships with some of the key players in the industry. Members of the organizations have always carried that entrepreneurial spirit with different business including, Club 617, The Shop, a moving company, and other profitable ventures. All of the members share a common goal. To be successful and transfer the knowledge, skills, and resources to the next generation to continue the success.
