About Me

I'll go ahead and answer all the questions I'm sure you'd like to ask. I was born in NY, raised in central NC, went to college in Boone, NC for a year. Hated it, so I came home for a while. I ended up working at Camp Chestnut Ridge for a total of about 3 years or so- The first year was year-round and the other two years were just for the summer. CCR and the folks who ran it pretty much changed my life- or at least influenced me heavily. In the fall of 2003 I moved solo to Orlando. What brought me here? Well besides the urge to breathe a little, and be closer to some great friends, I really can't give ya a straight answer. I've been working at an outdoor store for almost 2 years and I'm livin' it up here in O-Town. Don't know where I'll go from here, but like I said, one thing at a time!Though my long term goal is to own a business, I am pursuing graphic design and will hopefully get my BA in the field. I do freelance design right now, but am looking for a position at a design firm on the side. I go to school full time and work full time, so I'm quite the busy bee. I'm still into art as I was in high school, though I don't have too much time to do as much painting and drawing.

I'd like to meet my dad- I mean, I knew him for 9 years, but the first 10 years of your life are kinda hard to remember. Wait for Heaven for that... I'm sure every Christian in their right mind would like to meet Jesus- yeah...I would too. I'd love to meet Don Miller too- one of my favorite writers. On the polar opposites of things, I would meet Chris Thile and the whole Nickel Creek band, Led Zeppelin, maybe Dave Matthews, but only Dave if it was 5+ years ago.
