Heres my story. I left home at the age of 14I had lived in London up until then, at 16 i left for Australia with a friend from across the street, i did not know what i was doing!.
Arrived in Melbourne 1974, the first year's were hard, im still called "Pommie Steve" to this day. My first job was with a construction crew on the Hume highway. It was cold and raining and i did not have a clue what i was doing, i lasted six months.
I got a car and with no licence, drove to the Great Ocean Road .
I had found my first love, the ocean.
I soon moved there, and stayed for 16 years.
While i lived there i taught myself to be a surf and wind surf photographer.
This may sound strange, because i could not swim!!After nearly drowning a few times i got the hang of it.
My life became one big adventure, i started to make a name for myself, and got to travel to some beautiful places.
Back in those day's i got a lot of work published, and had a lot of fun!.
They were "the best days of my life".
So the Great Ocean Road was a big part of my life.
I have a lot of good stories , here's a couple.
I have come face to face with a great White shark!.
I have been sucked out to sea a couple of miles at night many times!.
I have been hit in the head by wind surfer's!.
I have run out of air while scuba diving!.
I have been knocked out by a chick!
I had a fight with a baboon in Bali, to get my camera eqipp back!
Anyway if you ever meet me, im sure ill make you laugh Okay im a guy! but i like flower's, colour, people,
children, animal's, the ocean, the planet, food, girl's, the list goes on.
I dont like, ego, bullshit, people that are cruel to animals, greed, the list goes on?
I would like to think of myself as a genuine person, i like to be creative in most things i do.
Heres some strange facts,
I have never been married.
I have no children.
I dont like the system.
I believe in freedom, fresh air, and love.
I will see you, if you see me.
