My life.
I'd like to meet:
My Maker, my Savior, and Johnny Cash.
Music:
All that "hillbilly music" and then some. Western swing, honky tonk, classic country, traditional rockabilly, 1940's & 50's rhythm and blues, southern gospel, 50's and 60's rock 'n' roll, hillbilly boogie, doo wop, older jazz, delta blues, jump blues, Hawaiian music, 60's girl groups, 60's soul, surf, big band. Norah Jones, Christina Aguilera, and Corrine Bailey Rae have also sneaked into my music collection as well.
Movies:
The Notebook, Walk the Line, A League Of Their Own, The Sandlot, Wizard of Oz.
Television:
I Love Lucy re-runs, 30-Minute Meals, Dr. Phil (I don't care if you don't like him or think he's a phony), Bill O'Reilly, Hannity and Colmes , Food Network, Project Runway, interesting things on PBS, History Channel, A+E, TLC, and HGTV.
Books:
The Bible, Catcher in the Rye, To Kill a Mockingbird, The Outsiders, The Great Gatsby, How to Make an Atheist Backslide, Romeo and Juliet, Memoirs of a Geisha, CASH, America and Americans, Blue Like Jazz, 100 People Who Are Screwing Up America, and coffee table books.
Heroes:
God and Jesus Christ. I also admire my mom, my sweetheart, and the many self-sacrificing men and women who fight for my freedom and safety on earth each and every day. Oh, and Martha Stewart (the homemaker, not the convict).
