Bass 2.0 on FacebookMy name is Mike Pharr and was born Shreveport, La but lived in Waskom, Tx for several years. I am a single father of a beautiful little girl that is growing like a weed and getting more beautiful by the day. This parenting thing is scary and intimidating at times but is a feeling like none I could ever imagine.I am going on 13 years with the Shreveport Fire Department. I drive fire trucks for a living. It's a job I dreamed of since I was a child. My father was a volunteer fireman and I always beat him to the truck when the bell hit. I still race to the truck (fire truck anyway) to this day. Some of my fondest childhood memories include responding to a house fire in dads Peterbuilt work truck and ridding along side dad in the parades through the big town of Waskom.I am also an aspiring Professional tournament angler. When I do decide to retire someday from one dream job I plan on going on tour. Currently I am slowly but surely trying to gain the experience and knowledge of the sport so that one day maybe I can be a house hold name. There is no feeling quite like that of competitive fishing.I am a very passionate person about whatever I apply myself to. In the past I have been known to put way too much effort into things that were doomed from the start. I have just never been a quitter and probably never will be. MyGen Profile Generator {}
