About Me

I'm a West Virginia dude, now living in Northern Arizona. In 2000, on a trip to the Grand Canyon, a buddy and I stopped in Sedona. We wanted to glimpse the red rock cliffs and spirals ... wanted to hike Cathedral Rock ...We got totally lost on that hike ... and I started thinking ... hummm. This might be a cool place to live. Fairly small town (not counting the 3 million tourists), but for a dude like myself ... someone who goes stir crazy indoors ... someone who likes hanging with artists, hikers, musicians and retired folk ...In July 2006, I sold my house, packed my bags and drove across county to Sedona, Arizona. Had some fun along the way ...I currently own Sedona Green LLC, a friendly gallery and gift shop in Uptown Sedona. I work there pretty much seven days a week and love it. I enjoy face-to-face contact with tourists and artists. I enjoy hearing where people come from, where they're going. Where Do You Come From, Where Are You Going?

My Interests

I'd like to meet:

Northern Arizona artists, writers, musicians, entrepreneurs, explorers, hikers, imagineers, decent people with big hearts, mischievous imaginations and juvenile grins.
Civil War reenactors. I used to participate in lots of reenactments back East, but haven't found an opportunity to put on my sack coat and haversack since I moved.Anyone who has trekked through the Khumbu Icefall below Everest ... that's a dream of mine. 'Course, I'm totally unqualified to do that, and would probably disappear down a crevasse.
