Forsaken God

Formed in september of 2002, by current members Harsfen and Patrick, as a pure black metal band, however, over time and after many line-up changes the music slowly evolved into what it is today. Living in a city... and coutry for that matter, where the metal scene is mostly dominated by old school black metal, the need for originality became a priority if we wished to achieve anything at all. The plan of playing black metal was cast aside, as we needed to create music of our own with a more original feel, slowly turning towards death metal, always with a melodic touch from the keyboards. This mixture in genres and sounds resulted in something either unheard of, or very rare in Mexico, and it is such, that has been making a name for Forsaken God.I edited my profile with Thomas' Myspace Editor V4.4
