After being fascinated with legendary magician “Harry Houdiniâ€, I developed an interest in magic at the age of thirteen. I have been performing magic and escapes since 1978. In October of 1983, i managed to escape after being chained and thrown in Lake Ontario.From 1987-1992, I performed Comedy Magic at various clubs across the country, while working with Canada’s leading comedy club, Mark Breslin’s Yuk Yuk’s.
Some of my favorite magicians that i have seen perform today include Penn & Teller, Lance Burton, David Copperfield, Mac King, The Amazing Johnathan, Harry Anderson & Kevin James. Did i miss anyone??I have opened for, and worked with a long list of comedians, including Mike MacDonald, Jeremy Hotz, Harland Williams, Mike Bullard, Wayne Flemming, Kenny Robinson and Norm MacDonald. I have performed magic for celebrities including the late Mel Torme, and more recently, Three’s Company stars Priscilla Barnes & Joyce DeWitt.
