About Me

I'm a Mainer imported from Rhode Island, and I spend my time playing music, raising turtles, engaging in late night debauchery with my friends, and doing anything else that catches my interest.
I used to be crazy, now I'm just tired a lot. I've got a great woman and a bunch of animals to keep things in check.
I wake up at the last possible minute for EVERYTHING. Some might even conclude that it's physically impossible for me to arrive somewhere on time.
I love good food, and bad food, or food that is bad for you. I love to eat, even when I'm full. I fart all the time. And I do mean ALL the time. It's probably indicative of a health problem.
I have a hard time putting my heart into anything I don't truly believe in. Some people just call it laziness. To quote Merle Haggard, "I never been nobody's idol, but at least I got a title, and I take alot of pride in what I am."
Enjoy!
:-D

My Interests

I'd like to meet:

Some nice raccoons. They all seem to have an attitude problem.

Horatio Cucuzza, 4/26/2006-11/26/2008

After struggling with bouts of shell rot on and off, Horatio passed away sometime this morning. It appears to be from an unknown infection. Sad, because I took care of him before leaving for work this...

Reminiscing

My first memory of guilt is from my first day of nursery school. I was three. Being a family trait, my mother was running late getting me there, but the school was in walking distance. While we w...

Go easy on loo paper, says eco-warrior Sheryl Crow

I don't fucking believe this one... "Pop star Sheryl Crow wants to save the world by rationing toilet paper. The rocker-turned-environmental activist is currently touring the United States on a bio-d...

Never

You never expect certain things to happen in your life. You know they can, but you always expect that those things will happen to someone else. To quote Bill Watterson, unfortunately, we're all "someo...

I guess this was inevitable...

...though nowhere near as detailed and reflective as last year's prose. Staring down the barrel of a new year, it's only natural to reflect on the last one. 2005 ended and 2006 began by&nbs...
