Hm, so I find myself writing an "About Me" for people who probably don't give a shit. And for the people who do give a shit, they already know me quite well already (I hope). Well, here goes. Richie Dagger is only my stage name (though it would be cool if my real last name was Dagger, hm) but my first name is really Rich, or Richie, or Dickie. I'm really big into punk and ska, mainly because I love all the things that they stand for, the greatness of the music also helps a bit. Through my music I've been exposed to all kinds of things that have taught me about the world, and all the bullshit that goes down on a daily basis. One could say that this has turned me atheist, but I was never raised religious, and then as I gradually discovered more and more about the cruelty that humanity is capable of (and how much of it leads back to religion) I just gave up on their so called morals. I'm also a leftist/revolutionary, but as I'm also strictly non-violent in most situations I think that a revolution through peaceful education is the best way to go about it. Hmmmmmmmm. I have some truly amazing friends and family who I'd willingly punch a rich, white child in the face for. Katie Konczal is the most amazing person I know!!! Annnnnnnd...... getting back to the music, I'm in a political ska punk band that doesn't have a name or a bassist (hint hint). I also happen to play 4 other instruments (bass, ukulele, harmonica, and saxophone) but I focus on guitar mainly. I've been flattened by love many times, but I still believe that love exists for everyone somewhere. I'm always open to meet new people, and talk for hours on end, as long as you're not some dumb ass who'll just yell and complain about my beliefs. But be ready, I tend to use, odd words. People tell me to use "smaller words" and I tell them to stop being illiterate pricks. Well that's it for now, I'm here to talk to for everyone!
