Le Blanc
Real name Dimitri de Wit. Born in Breda, The Netherlands in 1969 , started his musical carreer at age 14 by being a mobile deejay for a few years. Mainly influences at that time were hip-hop, swingbeat and new beat. When the first real underground house records were released in 1986 he got infected with the 4 to the Floor beats and started to organise his own underground Acid Parties in small locations in Breda.
As a result of those succesfull parties he got his first club residency in one of the local hot spots in his hometown called Premier in 1988, where he played a wide variety of hip-hop, swingbeat but could hardly play the music he liked...House
Driven by his love for just housemusic all night long he decided to end his residency in 1992 as he could unite with the clubs music policy anymore , and that brought a stop to his deejay carreer. But the love for music couldn't stop the vibe in him and he got back behind the wheels of steel again in 1996.
First starting on private parties and later became one of the resident deejays in a local club called Spock, where he was spotted by a local party organiser called Groove Lounge, who were actively throwing parties in Breda as well.
Le Blanc joined forces with them and became their resident deejay. When in 1999 Groove Lounge together with Black Hole Recordings started throwing the legendary Wildlife parties in The Melkweg in Amsterdam , Le Blanc became a resident deejay and Black Hole offered him to mix the first official Wildlife Parties compilation , which was released on Black Hole in 1999
In 2002 Le Blanc was asked to join the team as head of A&R of Black Hole Recordings which resulted in a slow down in his deejay carreer, and in 2003 he joined the management team of Tiësto. Nowadays Le Blanc is a regular warm up deejay for Tiësto.
As per the 1st of January he has opened his own Artist Agency and Management company called Twenty4Seven Management, proudly representing Ferry Corsten, Robbie Rivera, Bart Claessen, Lange, Breakfast, Rafael Frost, MC Stretch, Virtual Vault and Jerry Ropero
