About Me

YEAH! That´s right Sex Pistols meets Motorhead, that´s what Kerrang! Magazine said about our Debut Album Closing Down Sale. Everyone who hears our songs say - you guys should have been huge ... i know a lot of bands think that but i defy anyone to play any of the tracks on this myspace site at a decent level and deny it!The last Recording Session we done was in Dundee's Seagate Studios,i had the pleasure of chatting to Billy Mackenzie (The Associates) who was recording there at the same time,he was a really lovely, friendly guy and said he was liking our stuff, even though you wouldn't think we'd be his normal cup of tea .. he was a brilliant Vocalist and an incredible character and a great loss to his Family and friends and of course the Entertainment world. Here's to your memory Billy from another Billy. Cheers!

Influences: Billy here ... songwriting-wise i am influenced by Killing Joke,The Clash and The Stranglers. I like Killing Joke´s clever but powerful lyrics and when i play guitar i play a bit like those bands above. You can hear the Killing joke influence in the main three songs i contributed guitar parts too ... AngelFish,System Addict and one that i´ll add later called Flycatcher. Nazz´s influences were mainly Black Sabbath,The Damned and a bit of Wasp. I think he sounds like a cross between Jimmy Page and Randy Rhoads, his heavy classic blazing Marshall sound and ability is too good to be classed as a punk type player in my opinion. Kevin is just a great drummer end of .... Hideo liked a bit of funk in his play and his ability, look and sound once again was second to none in my humble opinion. I spent a few years dragging the bands sound into a more current vein,i was impressed with Stone Temple Pilots and now bands like Queens of the Stone Age,i feel the band would have developed into a pretty special act sonically and i feel the songs were only getting stronger. You can see the massive difference between AngelFish,System Addict and the very early Temple of Dreams .. the first song i ever properly sang on in a studio! The future? .... who knows .... i have some very strong ideas for songs that i will hopefully record in the near future.Addition from Nazz ... My biggest influences were Brian May - brought up on Queen during long car journeys (although I never emulated him). Once I started playing I was into SLF, The Exploited (Big John - machine gun guitar chugging) Sex Pistols, Stranglers, early Adam and the Ants etc. As I improved I started to crave more technical ability and diverted into HM via Anti Nowhere League, Iron Maiden and ultimately Ozzy (not Black Sabbath)- Randy Rhoads was dead by then but I think he was the main driving force for my 'style'. Michael Schenker,Jake E Lee, Gary Moore and eventually Zakk Wylde.
Sounds Like: A very heavy punk rock band.
