Hello Nations,
My name is Eliomar Cartagena and I am your 28 year old brother in Christ. God has blessed me with a beautiful family, my wife of 5 years, Myriam Burgos 29 years old and my daughter Elianys Cartagena 3ys old. I am currently a member of The Crossing Church Tampa, Fl and a servant of One Drop Ministry. I am a former member of the Christian R&B ministry called (VDA) VOCES DEL ALMA from Puerto Rico. (VDA) VOCES DEL ALMA means (Voices from the Soul). Like many young men in this time, I also come from a broken home, not having the comfort of God while growing up. After putting my self in many painful situations that include drug abuse, gang related activities which nearly cost me my life, I was saved and reborn again by accepting Jesus Christ as my personal Lord and Savior at the age of 15. God allowed me to live thru all of this for a purpose and I have come to realize that my purpose is to reach others that may have gone thru similar situations in their lifetime. I stand as an example that thru the strength of God I have surpassed that life and I now have a better life and you can too…

God has given me a vision and thru this revelation my ministry is committed to be obedient to complete his will. The vision is to reach the nations through His ministry using me as a servant. To evangelize to those who do not have a personal relationship with our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. To usher his children, my brothers and sisters, into His divine presence through thanksgiving, fellowship, and praise and worship. My ministry is committed to touching the lost sheep and bringing them to Salvation. I am committed to serving in Praise and Worship so that it may strengthen and unify The Church Body of Christ. To be unified in the Holy Spirit with the purpose of bringing glory to God and to humbly serve Him in the spirit of excellence. I challenge The Body to become true worshipers by allowing God to arise in their lives, and in their hearts, through real life lyrics and situations in our day and age. Always keeping God as the centerpiece of this mission and doing what I love most which is to use my God given talent by his grace to enrich the worship experience. I will speak to the lives of others and minister to their hearts by utilizing my personal testimonies, along with the biblical truths through the creative arts of worship.This album is titled (True Identity) because I found my True Identity in him. This album will have lyrics in both English and Spanish and different genres of music such as R&B, Reggaeton, and even some modern day music that the youth relate to.
