Im going to a place thats not my home and Im ok with that. Ive come to a point in my life where im having to put aside my feelings and pack them away for now. There are always obstacles to face in life, but this one by far is the hardest. To leave friendships that I have waited my whole life for is the worst. If I didnt feel this was for the best I would stay where my heart is. My friends know that Im one to listen to my heart and not my head, but this time has to be different. Following your heart sometimes blinds you and for me that is the case. I am also leaving behind a part of my past that I love and always will, but time after time that love turns to pain. Love isnt suppossed to hurt the way it has and thats why I have to move on. For too long I thought of my feelings and how things affected me, but now its time to think of my daughter. All I ever tried to do was give her a family, but you can only try so much and sometimes giving all you have just isnt enough. To take her from the family she has built here kills me completely, and I hate that. I just want my friends to know that I have come a long way and its because of you guys. It always seemed like everyone was helping even when I didnt want to help myself. They never gave up on me and that to me is friendship. They supported me in every way and I cant thank them enough for that. I just hope one day my daughter will understand and know that this was for the best.
