It’s been said that punk rock aint got shit on Böj. With the diverse influences of bands like Slayer, Ultravox, Asta Kask, Duran Duran, Radioactive Man, Kiss, Hallucinogen and Guns n’ Roses you'll soon figure out why this DJ's "no nonsense" take on music will have him rising to the top.His story begins when he moved to Stockholm (Mecca for the aspiring techno DJ) in the early 90's with his hard hitting, no rules heavy metal band. He played local venues but soon grew tired of drumming for his close friends. He was introduced to dance music in 1994 and like most great DJ's, it changed his life. This was when Psy-Trance and Progressive was in its prime.
He eventually grew into a more eclectic style in the late 90's when Stockholm's techno sound was making its mark on the rest of the world. The sounds of his past collided with this new sub-genre of Swedish techno and opened the flood gates for Böj's creative passions. His DJing changed drastically as he now found that he knew enough of the rules to finally break them. He began to produce an eclectic style Bassline driven electronica. Style-less is what he say is important. "Make the crowd move and fuck genre". His new found ability scored him a residency at the legendary Docklands Club.
Böj is a legend in the making, make no mistake. He is as hard as they come with a style like few others. Look out for him. He will change your outlook on dance music.
