Some said their music was like a strange encounter between Ronsards poetry and Boschs darkest paintings... Since its beginning in 2003, Ambiance Anonyme haunts every psychic territory through a minimalist and bizarre sonic carnival, both repetitive and comicly baroque. Ambiance Anonymes oneiric wanderings are based on various instruments (guitars, banjo, bass, vintage synthesizers, small objects, flutes, animals, bells, violins, ethnic instruments...) in order to make the listener dive into an incongruous visual folklore. A particular scenography is added to each concert in which the three anonymous musicians are part of the theatricality of this musical journey. The band has collaborated with major figures of the French industrial/experimental scene, with dancers, with video-makers, and with precocious children. They are currently recording the soundtrack of the Ultima Necat film and they are working on a full-length album.
