About Me

I've been called: emotionally inaccessible, a thug, a drunk, a hatemonger, psychasthenic, haughty, anhedonic, scary, British, a serial killer, withdrawn, brooding, neurotic, obsessive compulsive, a wasteoid (written in the dirt on my car), a homeless pirate (by my mother), a super hero (I've the uncanny power of sensing when a cigarette needs to be lit), a mythical Texas creature (by these fellows ), the strongest skinny guy someone knows, a genius, a dork/nerd/geek, that guy who always wears that shirt with that thing on it, a sugar cube, Eyore, and God (by more people than just myself). In reality, I'm an improperly socialized, generally anti-social product of the public education system. I sing out loud in the car. I curse other drivers vehemently. I'm armed with enough knowledge to draw all sorts of fallacious conclusions. My perspective is out of whack. My ontology is deteriorating.

Dear Houston, Texas,

Please accept my most humble apologies if I managed, in my drunken stupor, to destroy anything you need. I will try not to do so ever again.

Anhedonia

"In his study of the form that masochism takes in modern man, Theodor Reik puts forth an interesting view. Masochism is more widespread than we realize because it takes an attenuated form. The basic d...

Not so crazy....

Got this from The News of the Weird: Among the modest amount of information revealed at the CIA's new Science and Technology Museum, according to a December Associated Press story, is that early ve...
