Kobe Beef

Kobe Beef Operation is a gathering of people which happens once a year. It started in 2002, and has been going on every since. Kobe Beef is shipped overnight to an undisclosed location. It is then prepped with either several dry rubs, or marinates. It usually includes fresh fish which is caught the day before the event and shipped overnight from Hawaii.Kobe Beef Operation also includes but is not limited to the following; Kegs - for keg stands Beer Cans – for shot guns Misc.
