About Me

hello! my name is denise, if you havent noticed! i have a God in my life that i call adam. hes my fiance', and i am very excited to start out life together. we live in the valley in a nice 2 bedroom apt and have been here for nearly a year now. why the second room? adam his two snakes and a tarantula, joy. we also have two betta fish and a cat name hermione. the snakes and spider are named from harry potter as well. i also own a dog, hes a yorkie and goes by the name of peterman from seinfeld. im HUGE into harry, ive read the books many times and seen the movies loads of times as well. i was in banking for four years and needed out. so i left, with nothing lined up. i was out of work for nearly a year, but recently found a job. im now in customer service and learning how to do all that jazz. i finally found exactly what i was looking for, a company with a heart. im happier now that i have ever been in my life and it gets better everyday. thanks to adam, i know i will always smile and have a laugh. hes wonderful, i couldnt ask for anything more!

i collect a lot of shit, i like shit. i also like tattoos, got 8 myself, check out my blog. if you want great ink see luis at lovecraft!! great guy, great artist! got a few piercings mostly on my ears, one secret one...hehe! i like watching movies, playing games, hanging out. really dont have to work hard to keep me entertained. i laugh at just about anything, love to laugh. and my greatest acomplishment to date is that i have recently lost over 160 lbs and yeah im gonna brag about it! so thats me i guess! im a collector of many different things. i have over 500 pez dispensers, lunch boxes (some are the old metal ones with thermos), rudolph the red nosed reindeer collectiables, celestrial stuff, frog things, and disney movies. some thing else that interests me is my little yorkie, peterman. hes my little buddy, and hes silly.

George Clooney!!!! i would love to have dinner with jack nicolson, theres a few questions id like to ask that guy!! and of course the cast of seinfeld, or just jason alexander. as for people in the real world, well seeing as i already met the man of my dreams, as for friends open minded people. you have to be able to look at the world and except it all, not just parts. im very open minded and understanding and i like to surround myself with like minded people. Music:

ill listen to anything really, just some stuff i can tolarate longer than others. to name a few bands.....less than jake, bon jovi, everclear, incubus, metalica, pantera, korn, blue october, the cheap therapy band (a.k.a. practicin at chereney's), the a.k.a.'s, green day, rage against the machine, thrice, story of the year, bread, the bee gees, elton john. im also a lover of 80's music, cydi lauper, old modanna, and all those one hit wonders!! i dig male country singers, garth brooks, tim mcgraw, toby keith, brad paisely, kenny chesney. i guess over all, i like male singers, thats almost a must for my listening pleasure! and hurley takes the cake in that book.....i could listen to him all day! my favorite song of all time is "aint no mountain high enough."

Movies:

All time fav is The Breakfast Club. big fan of john hughs' films, and almost everything from the 80's. but i also like a ton of classics such as willy wonka, the wizard of oz, mary poppins, i like mostly comidies, the big lebowski, and corny teen flicks. i love both briget jones' diaries, all five, soon to be more, harry potter films, i also like cult flix too. rocky horror, hairspray, the goonies, cube (two and zero included). i like some horror, thriller, psycological thrillers. i really like almost everything, well ill watch almost anything, i usually let other people choose. i just have one rule, absolutly positivily no clowns and/or talking dolls. i will not watch a movie that contains either of these things! im not too crazy about war films, but ill tough it out.

Television:

SEINFELD!!! i love seinfeld, i watch it all the time! my tv viewing has changed, thu i still enjoy shows i use to watch, i just tune in for a few faithfully. big brother, american idol, survivor, not much else. rather watch a movie.

Books:

i love every harry potter book. i read the seventh one, and LOVED it. im currently reading the stephenie plum novels by janet evanovich, ive read 6, 7, 8, 9, and 12 so far, waiting to borrow the others, these book are soooo good!! 8 espeically!!

Heroes:

mama bean is my hero. shes the greatest woman i will ever know. for all that shes given me, i feel i cant ever thank her enough.
