About Me

Hey everyone! I suppose you're looking at this page in order to find out more about yours truly. Here goes. For starters, I was born and raised in beautiful socal where the weather is nice and the beach is just minutes away. I've ridden and shown horses pretty much since I could walk and - amazingly enough - am still not sick of them. I am a karate student and a Latin & Ballroom dancer. I'm also in the process of working toward my bachelor's degree with a major in biology and a minor in theater.

My Interests

Meh. Just about anything that keeps me entertained. Lately, I'm interested in dangerous stuff. A co-worker of mine is trying to get me into skydiving. I guess it could be fun... I love ballroom dancing and have found that my two specialty dances are Tango and Rumba. I'm also thinking about finally getting my helicopter piloting license sometime this year and starting karate. The karate is another co-worker suggestion. Just think. I could be more than just a brain ninja (curtesy of Dane Cook). I dunno. I guess scuba diving, dancing, riding horses, working with marine mammals, snowboarding, acting like I know how to surf, and some more of that fun stuff is interesting to me.

I'd like to meet:

Music:

I'm good with almost any type of music actually. I can't take rap for too long though. I'm afraid I hate opera also, but that's about it. I guess it depends on what type of mood I'm in, but if I needed to pick just one type of music, it would have to be any dance/club type of music. For example, Justin Timberlake, Rihanna, etc.

Movies:

Oh where to start... Moulin Rouge, Becoming Jane, The Village, Mr. Woodcock, all the Scary Movies, War of the Worlds, Fast & Furious, and John Tucker Must Die. I pretty much like all kinds of movies, but you honestly won't be able to rip me away from a good romance.

Television:

So You Think You Can Dance, America's Next Top Model, Scrubs, Gossip Girl, That 70's Show, Beauty and the Geek, Dancing with the Stars, 8 Simple Rules, Everwood, The Simpsons, Grounded for Life, The Bachelor, and Punk'D.

Books:

Anything Jane Austen has written. I love how she wrote and how easy it is to relate to her novels. Thrillers are good to read too since I hate watching scary movies. I also love reading fantasy type novels like Harry Potter. Stop laughing at me.

Heroes:

Anyone who directly protects this country or helps with that task. I think it's ridiculous that all these morons sit around, protesting about the war and how unfair the soldiers are being. Are you shitting me?! I can't understand why anyone would be mad at someone who is risking their own life to protect yours.

Another of my heroes is Steve Irwin. He brought so much to the world through his knowledge, dedication to educating the public, and love for animals. I would have loved to meet him, but what happened to him was a tragedy. It's too bad that it happened.
