The group came about in 1997 when we were one day battleling in my boy's p.nice( d'cartel artist) crib my cuzin Phaze(old group mamber wash crooks) and my self Nesio(d'cartel artist). Going by the name Wash Crooks we managed to make a couple of demos and original beats and a couple of collables with other unsigned artist. Around 2004 the group seperated . The writting never stoped i even did a couple of solo tracks.Well Dominican Cartel is just basically 2 individuals from the dominican race one born in Washington Heightz. The other in the Dominican Republic. with the versetile bilingual flow we have manage to do song with unsigned reggeton artist unsigned singers,and even met two well known rappers such as (lil wayne) and (David Banner) maybe they remember me maybe they dont but is all good soon everyone would know (da dominican cartel)
