Local Celebrity is a 4 piece variety/reggae band comprised of top notch musicians from some of Sarasota Florida's most notable bands including The Strangeways band, The Vine Street Rumba band and Fiasco. We all got together to make some music and have some fun. What we ended up with was a crazy good band playing music styles from reggae and ska to classic and new rock and some times blending them together. With such varying musical tastes, our original material also has a wide range of influences. Make no mistake, this band is a good time; Dancing, audience participation, great music. If you want to party, this is your band!
