BIO

At the beginning of the 80’s, the French northern city called Lille was already a turning place of acid house music. The north of France was feeling the musical influence of its neighbours Belgium and Holland. . In 1989 Pierre bought his first vinyl. French kiss of Lil Louis. It is a turning point. His passion starts.
His disc player (how do u call the old one which eat the disc?) doesn’t stop working. His family is on the verge of a breakdown! Tired with his kid’s disc player Pierre invites himself at friends who own real turntables. His training starts and he learns DJing. Little by little his ears discover label’s sounds like , Music Man, R.S. Record, Go Bang, Dance Mania, Harthouse, Hardfloor,Ferrari, Work S, +8 Rec, Transmat, Platipus. Finally he decides to do his first step and he starts mixing in Lille’s in a very good bars such as Resident :Le Tudor In, Le Festival, L’Imaginaire, Le Metropolitan.

The clerk of the famous record store called USA import (!) in the street “rue de la clef” sees Pierre more and more often… this is how he meets Steve Destailleur (Steve D. aka Tevatron) and DJ Adolph (MadHouse). These DJ are famous in the area and they take him under their wings and they teach him how works a home studio. It is under the nickname Peter Pan that Pierre DJ at his first party. He loves to discover the new sounds coming from Belgium therefore he visits frequently clubs as Le Rêve d'O, at The Villa, L’Activity, Le Cirao, L’Holy Ghost, la Rocca. When celebrating his 18th birthday at Le Rêve d'O, DJ brandy lends to Pierre the DJ booth to play his own music at the hippest hour: six am! This time is the most famous one in Belgium with this is a famous siren screams while the lime vodka fills all the glasses. This is an unforgettable moment for DJ Peter Pan that has to go the army for one year as France wants it.

In June 1996, Pierre arrives in south of France. The Fourmie Rouge famously known in the area for playing the latest techno hires Pierre as a DJ. He mixes non-stop for two years! At twenty years old Pierre is requested to take the DJ lead with DJ Cuccino at the famous club from Cannes called Queens. This is where he organizes his famous parties called Alice in Wonderland. They attract famous DJs like Steve D., Tom Parris, Terry Francis, Nathan Cole, DJul s, Olivier D’Oxia, Kiko, Funky Data, DJ W.A.R.R.I.O., Jerome Pacman and the local one like Carlos Mora, Smile Attack, Jeff B., etc…

From 1999 to 2007 Pierre plays often at the famous south of France parties called Ibiza Summer Party. That’s at the same time that he decides with a colleague named “Nick Nexx” to launch the parties titled Wicked Party at the Rio’s Banana of Golfe Juan Port. The place is well known in the Anglo Saxon yachting community. The atmosphere is very English clubbing and the parties never stop for two years. Then he organizes a party during the “fete de la musique” (annual music celebration in France) at the beach La Garoupe in Antibes. He also organizes the beach groover parties at La Plage in Juan les Pins and Villeneuve Loubet. The association do what u like invites him to mix during the day and the evening at la Colle-sur-Loup and in the castle of Cap d’Antibes during electronic days and lately at the famous front side villa called SAF at Golfe Juan.and more..........

Occasionally Pierre goes in Thailand (full moon party, Le Gecko) and in Guadeloupe (le Bauhaus).
These days Pierre dedicates himself to his home studio and to the creation of his own sound with the help of sophisticated tools (Mackie turntable and speakers – Nordrack synthesiser – Access and MS 2000, …). He creates soundtracks for movies or advertising (coca cola …) and he trains himself to sound design. During his spare time he loves to relax while listening artists like Kruder & Dorfmeister, Peace orchestra, Thievery Corporation, Letfield, Morcheeba, Portishead, St Germain, Underworld or Moby.

the beginning:

At Pierre’s family the rock’n roll shakes the walls. He discovered electric sonorities such as Rolling Stones, Pink Floyd, Deep Purple, Canned Heat, Genesis, Led Zeppelin or even more Peter Gabriel and Franck Zappa. The house also listens to French singers famously known for their lyrics such as Thiefaine, Jacques Higelin, Pierre Vasiliu, Jacques Dutronc and Nino Ferrer, Arno. His stepfather introduces him to alternative music with bands like Gong, Claus Shulz, Tangerine Dreams, Kraftweerk
