It's tough, rugged metal with some kick ass moves to destroy anyone who dares cross its path.Despite its heaviness and a rather harsh riff, Just Ashes is most certainly melodic metal. It has a contemporary metal sound with a catchy chorus and the potential to be a strong live favourite. It's nothing to blow your mind, but you can't help but flow with the melody for the few brief minutes it lasts.
